Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing

strategies and products for the company.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
  • Prepares effective job proposals based on market research.
  • Collaborates with project Directors and executives to develop marketing strategies.
  • Oversees the department’s operating budget.
  • Assists in creating and distributing materials related to proposals, training, and marketing.
  • Maintains and periodically updates company website to reflect current trends, projects, and
  • company services.
  • Maintains records of project data
  • Oversees project photography, videography or other relevant company needs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of market developments.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite or related software.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required, or equivalent
  • work experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
