Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing
strategies and products for the company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
- Prepares effective job proposals based on market research.
- Collaborates with project Directors and executives to develop marketing strategies.
- Oversees the department’s operating budget.
- Assists in creating and distributing materials related to proposals, training, and marketing.
- Maintains and periodically updates company website to reflect current trends, projects, and
- company services.
- Maintains records of project data
- Oversees project photography, videography or other relevant company needs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of market developments.
- Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required, or equivalent
- work experience.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
